web 2.0 tool

My tool that I have started to use is called Myheritage.com. It connects with all of your family and shares information together with pictures, messages/comments, events, activites, and etc. This website is designed to find your family members, relatives, cousins, and to map out how you are realted to one another and to stay in touch. Through photos and videos, you can tag one another in the photos to share the occassions that you had with them for all the family to see. There is also a section under "Family Tree" where you can design your family crest and to share information and/or charts of the family ancestors to see how far back in time the family name has existed. Another part of this family-based website, is the events part where you can put in peoples birthdays and any other occassions such as anniversaries, parties, and/or funerals.

Web 2.0 tools are tools that are used to upgrade the way people think through their own perspectives, opinions, experiences, and thoughts. Such ways that are upgraded are through websites such as Myspace, Flickr, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Blogger, Podacsts, and etc.

Software

Software broadens the range of when you want to search for information, chat, blog, and etc. Examples of software on an actual computer would be McAfee, Java, aol instant messanger, and skype. McAfee is very useful for security protection from virses and etc that can affect the computer. Java is used for when you need to upload or download pictures onto a website like Myspace or Facebook. Lastly AOL Instant Messanger is used for communication through chats, video chatting, and sending and sharing files with buddies. There are thousands of software to choose from and use to help us from downloading, uploading, and saving.

Copyright can be submitted without you even knowing. Many people copy and paste information from various websites and other informational areas into their own work to make it sound like they wrote it themselves. Copright is also against the law and shouldn't be used. Using this illegal technique, you do not learn anything and also that you don't use your own words.

Hardware

Hardware is the physical material and/or information that you can touch. The three main components are the CPU, monitor, and keyboard/mouse. The CPU is the main component that holds the information from the fan to circulate hot air out to the circuits to send and transfer energy. Information that is stored in the CPU shows up on the monitor and performs transitional energy from typing and saving. The CPU only performs its ability when the power is on and transferring and saving energy and memory.

Computer peripherals add numerous information through several techniques such as scanners, printers, fax machines, and tablets.

Before saving onto a network, you have to know the difference between local drives, removable drives, and network devices. On any network that you use to save information, what you save is stored in the server and is kept their under its own supervision. An LAN is a local area network where the
